• Snow Petrel
• Snow Fungus (Tremella
fuciformis)
• Jujube
• Dried Longan Pulp
• White Lotus
• Red Lotus
• Brown Sugar

1. Soak Snow Petrel in water for 2 full days (take out any impurities and change water daily).
2. Soak Snow Fungus in room temperature water for 30 minutes before cutting ff the hard tip portion of the Snow Fungus.
3. Boil White Lotus and Red Lotus for 15 minutes before rinsing them under the running tap.
4. Put White Lotus, Red Lotus, Snow Fungus, Jujube and Pandan Leaves into a pot with 4 litres of water and boil for 30 minutes.
5. Put Snow Petrel into the same pot and boil for 10 minutes.
6. Put Dried Longan Pulp, Brown Sugar and choice of honey into the same pot before boiling it for 5 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
