• Solomon's-Seal
• Dioscorea opposita
• Goji berries
• Longan
• Ficus carica
• Lily

1. Rinse herbs.
2. Add herbs into a pot with 2.4 litres of water.
3. Boil on high heat for 15 minutes before letting it simmer on small heat for 30 minutes.
4. Wash meat of choice with water before putting it into the same pot to cook on high heat for 30 minutes.
5. Soup is ready to serve.
